October 2025 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

We’re celebrating the season with a special Glam Waxing Giveaway — open to our clients and followers on Instagram.


Before entering, please read the full Terms & Conditions below to make sure your entry is valid.


Our giveaways are designed to thank our community and share the smooth, confident results that Glam Waxing is known for.

Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 16 and over. Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent.

Each person can earn up to two entries — one by tagging three friends in a comment, and one bonus entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @glamwaxinglondon so we can verify it.

Private accounts must DM us a screenshot of their Story share for the bonus entry to count.

Entry Window

Opens 13 October 2025 and closes 29 October 2025 at 23:59 (UK time).

Entries received after this time will not be counted.

How to Enter (Instagram)

  1. Follow @glamwaxinglondon

  2. Like the giveaway post

  3. Tag three friends in one comment (one comment = one entry)
    Bonus: Share the post to your Story and tag     @glamwaxinglondon for one extra entry.

If your account is private 🔒, please send us a screenshot of your shared Story via DM so we can verify your bonus entry.


No purchase necessary. Maximum of two entries per person.

Number of Winners

Three winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

Prizes

  1. Full Body Wax (or three Hollywood treatments) — includes exfoliating scrub and ingrown hair spray.

  2. Brow or Lash Lift — includes nourishing keratin serum.

  3. Hollywood or Brazilian Wax — includes exfoliating scrub.

Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as offered, and have no cash alternative.

Draw & Notification

The draw will take place on 31 October 2025.

Winners will be contacted via direct message from @glamwaxinglondon within 48 hours.

If a winner doesn’t respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

Prize Redemption

All prize treatments must be booked within 90 days of notification.

Appointments take place at Glam Waxing, Fulham and are subject to availability and our standard booking and cancellation policy.

Exclusions

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Glam Waxing.

  • Giveaway, competition, or freebie accounts.

  • Spam, duplicate, or AI-generated comments, or multiple entries beyond the allowed two per person.

  • Private accounts that can’t be verified.

Fair Use & Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify entries that breach these rules, appear automated, or include inappropriate or abusive content.

Data & Privacy

Entry information and messages are used solely for administering this promotion, in line with the UK GDPR.

No personal data will be shared or sold.

While reasonable care will be taken, Glam Waxing cannot be held responsible for platform outages, technical issues, or entries not received for any reason outside our control.

Changes or Withdrawal

We may amend or withdraw this promotion if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

  • Instagram hides private Stories from non-followers, even when you tag us. To make sure your bonus entry counts, simply send us a screenshot of your Story showing the post share and your @glamwaxinglondon tag.

  • Entries close at 23:59 on 29 October 2025. Winners are drawn on 31 October 2025 and announced via Instagram.

  • Winners can redeem their treatments at Glam Waxing, 88 Wandsworth Bridge Road, Fulham, London SW6 2TF. Bookings must be made within 90 days of notification and are subject to availability.

  • The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 16 and over. Entrants under 18 will need parent or guardian consent. You don’t need to be an existing client — anyone based in or near London is welcome to join.

  • No. Entry is completely free and open to all eligible participants. You simply need to follow the entry steps listed on our giveaway Instagram post.

  • Each person can earn up to two entries — one main entry by tagging three friends in a comment, and one bonus entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Story and tagging @glamwaxinglondon so we can verify it.

    If your account is private, please send us a screenshot of your Story via DM to confirm your bonus entry.
    Additional comments or duplicate entries beyond these two will not be counted.

  • Winners will be contacted directly via @glamwaxinglondon on Instagram and announced on our Page once confirmed. We’ll never ask for payment or personal details beyond confirming your name and preferred treatment time.
