Your appointment is very important to us. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel.

• 24+ hours’ notice: You can cancel or reschedule free of charge.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice / no-show: This will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
